Wiles & Associates, Inc. offers a full range of employment services including specialized job development, placement, and retention. Our primary clientele is comprised of individuals with disabilities, special needs, and/or barriers to employment who are referred through the Federal Ticket-to-Work program and the Washington State Department of Services for the Blind. We also provide workforce development under contract with private non-profits and other organizations wishing to build complete ready-to-work employment programs for the people they serve.  We accept private pay clients on a case-by-case basis.
