• Job Search Assistance: Personalized assistance through the entire job search process, tailored to individual needs, limitations & strengths, including employer contacts, networking, job lead identification, follow-up calls and interview set-up
• Career Mapping: Intensive planning beyond basic job search, for professionals re-entering the work force or individuals with advanced education
• Community-Based Assessments: On-the-job, preferably paid, evaluation to provide current experience and references, in addition to comprehensive assessment of skills and areas for improvement, job "fit" and recommendations
• Job Carving: Intensive job development for individuals with the most severe disabilities, often in "unadvertised" positions, with supportive employers
• Job Coaching: On-the-job "hands on" training provided by a professional coach
• Employer Education: Education aimed at increasing disability awareness, disability employment "best practices," and worksite integration
